Free Stuff Is Always Cool

Written by Pacdan

But this free stuff is exceptionally cool. I just got a free Projekt 2008 sampler signed by the one and only Sam Rosenthal (of Black Tape for a Blue Girl, as well as being the founder of the Projekt label (yes, I am enough of a music geek to both know who that is and care)). This is like totally awesome (darn good song selection too, but basically everything on Projekt is cool so that’s not surprising). I’m not even sure if I should listen to it, or try to preserve it as a collector’s item of sorts, even if I’m the only one who actually thinks its something totally awesome to have. I got a code for 20% off $100+ or 25% off $150+ good until March 20th too, which would be totally sweet if I could actually afford to spend that much. Unfortunately, that would be my Smash Bros. Brawl money and Mario Kart Wii money all in one shot, but it would still be neat if I could. Especially since I could easily spend that much, even without getting past stuff I absolutely must have. I’ll have to see what I can come up with, maybe redeem my Epinions earnings, though that’s only like $15. I need more money - the constant complaint of teenagers.

    And adults.
    Have you played Crysis?

Nope. I might at some point, even if I have to (you know) it, but the system requirements are pretty impressive even with a new laptop. I’m sure it’ll run I just don’t know how well.

It runs well on my system. Nothing that you couldn’t build for under $1000.
Cool game even if I suck at FPS’s.

Nice, I’ll have to try it sometime then. At least get the demo to see if I like it.
