National Treasure: Book of Rehash

Yup, I’m getting all caught up on movies now. National Treasure: Book of Secrets was really not a bad movie. Actually it was quite a good movie if taken only for entertainment values, it’s just that so much of it is just the same ideas from the original executed in different locations. And the bad guy this time around isn’t even really evil. It’s fun to watch, with lots of car chases, more stealing of important historical artifacts, and kidnapping the president, but it just doesn’t bring anything new to the table. I liked it, but it’s the kind of thing that if my parents hadn’t been taking us, I’d have waited for the DVD release of. And I can’t believe there blatantly planning a third movie. How much treasure do these people need to find?

Question is, how can they beat kidnapping the president. And of course the ‘kidnapping’ was kinda dull and simple…
Yeah, you’d think at this point if they wanted to go on a treasure hunt, someone would finance it no questions asked.
