I Hate Game Developers

Who decide it’s a good idea to release something on the 18th of December, forcing you into a store within a week of Christmas if you want to get it (or force your parents to get it for you). Of course, I haven’t even done any Christmas shopping yet anyways, but it’s still obnoxious. Especially when the game in question, NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams, is getting only good reviews so far, not amazing ones.  Nintendo Power, who always give excessively high scores, gave it a 9/10, while Electronic Gaming Monthly gave it 7.0, 7.5 and 7.0. I still want it, along with Super Mario Galaxy which if I don’t get I’m going to go out and buy myself, since I was planning to do so anyways and it’s that good, it just makes Metroid Prime 3 seem a little more tempting. I should have no problem getting either since they are the only things I’ve told my parents I want so far. Also want this book, which I just found out Mom bought when I told her not to bother since I could get it for much cheaper than the $25 list price off of Amazon. Oh, well.
