My Not-So-Grand Entrance

Since I’ve been a contributor for over a month, and haven’t contributed, I decided that posting might be a decent idea. So, I’m Codeman, Dan’s friend and fellow Comp-Sci major. Hopefully I can think of some interesting things and remember to post them once in a while. If anyone out there happens to play video games (especially Nintendo) I suggest you join the wonderful forum I moderate: Wi-Fi Battle Arena Forums. Tell ‘em Codeman1116 sent you and look me (and Dan (KeenCommander)) up on there.

Also, @ Dan: I’m definitely upgrading my Laptop memory. I opened it up and found out that it’s a single channel kit in there, but I’m going to buy a 2 GB Kingston dual-channel kit anyway, for compatibility’s sake (plus I think the Corsair memory have in there now is their new, cheesy, low-grade stuff anyway). Vista, Bioshock and Halo 2 (if I can ever fix it) should all be very appreciative. The price, you say? Only $51.99! Gotta love Newegg.

    Nice post Codeman, even with the shameless forum promotion. I might see if I can get you a better version of Halo 2 if I have time so you don’t have to deal with that crap. I didn’t think it ran bad as is, though. Neither does Bioshock, except for the textures and I’m not entirely sure that’s a RAM issue (though it might be for all I know, it’s very strange).

    That is more of what I would expect, though it takes quite a bit of talent to have that bad of a sense of humor. I just meant to stop the whole “!11!!11!!11!!,” thing - it’s kind of unnecessary.
